Laser X40 Media Player on Talking Lifestyle with Geoff Quattromani Talking Technology across Sydney 2UE, Melbourne 3EE and Brisbane on 4BH.

Speaking about how consumers can now stream Netflix, YouTube and Stan or catch up channels without buying a new TV, Geoff states “A lot of us have got TVs which are very good but aren’t smart featured yet, so LASER’s got a product which is very similar to an Apple TV with some added features to it.”

On functionality, he says “It’s a very small box which you can plug into your television and it’s got a remote with a keyboard on the back of it. Its also got USB ports so if you need to plug a thumb drive in there, which has got holiday photos and things like that, you can do that and it’s also got an SD card slot, so you can take your card straight from your digital camera plug it in, and you can view that content on your television.”

Concluding, Quattromani says “It’s a really nice piece of technology, because the apps such as Netflix and Stan are on built in on it and it will just work. It’s a simple way to upgrade your TV and its around $250.”
