What to include
- Product model, batch number (if available), and firmware version
- Issue type (hardware, software, network, account or access, other)
- Clear description of impact and affected features
- Steps to reproduce (the more specific, the faster we can verify)
- Supporting files such as screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept
Please do not
- Include sensitive personal information about yourself or other users
- Run tests that degrade service availability (for example, DoS style testing)
- Access data that does not belong to you
What happens next
- If you provide an email address, we will send an acknowledgement and case number
- Our team will review and triage your report and may request more details
