Please obtain an RA number before sending product
back, all returns are to be sent in appropriate packaging with the RA
number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
All fields on this form must be completed before
submitted. Incomplete forms may not be processed. An RA number will
be issued by return email.
Warranty Claims from out side Australia can not
be processed. Please contact the place of purchase for warranty details.
A copy of the reciept or proof of purchase must
be returned with all goods to validate warranty claims. Returns with
out may not be processed.
LASER Corporation will not accept returned products
without an RA number.
RA numbers issued are for the return of faulty goods to Laser only.
We do not issue any authoriation numbers to retrun goods to any other
company.
Shippment of replacement/returns will require a signiture when delivered.
We regret we are unable to return goods to Post Office Boxes.
